Returns and refunds

  1. PRODUCT EXCHANGE RIGHT
    1. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 6, 8, and 9 of the Terms and Conditions, the Customer may exchange the Product for another Product available in the Online Store within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry. The statement may be sent, for example, to the following address: CARDUELIS, ul. Słoneczna 16, 05-410 Józefów, Poland, or to the following e-mail address: [email protected].
    2. The exchange may be made for another Product with the characteristics specified by the Customer, provided that it is available in the Online Store. In the event of a difference in price between the exchanged Product and the one to be exchanged, the Customer shall be obliged to pay the difference or the Seller shall be obliged to refund it, as appropriate. The Product exchanged in this manner should be in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management.     3. The cost of returning the exchanged Product to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer. The cost of sending the new Product to the Customer shall be borne by the Seller. The Seller undertakes to exchange the Product immediately, no later than within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the exchanged Product by the Seller.
